MaxBody AI provides AI-powered fitness tools including body analysis from photos, face analysis, personalized workout and nutrition plans, AI coaching chat, body transformation visualization, BMI tracking, and a referral program. These features are intended for informational and educational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Each person may only create one account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
MaxBody AI offers free features with limited usage, and premium subscription plans for full access. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you agree to the recurring charges for your selected plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings — go to iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > MaxBody.AI > Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Prices may change with reasonable notice. Free trial periods, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
By uploading photos, you grant MaxBody AI a limited license to process and analyze them using AI technology for the purpose of providing our services. Photos are processed using AI technology for analysis. You confirm that you are the subject of uploaded photos or have consent from the subject. You retain ownership of your photos and may delete them at any time. We do not sell your photos or use them for advertising purposes.
All content in MaxBody AI — including body analysis scores, face analysis ratings, coaching advice, workout plans, nutrition recommendations, and transformation preview images — are estimates or suggestions only. Results may vary between uses and should not be considered as professional advice. Coaching characters within the app are fictional and not licensed professionals. Always consult qualified healthcare providers before making health or fitness decisions.
We collect personal information including name, email, gender, age, body measurements, fitness goals, and uploaded photos. This data is used solely to provide and improve our services. Photos are processed using AI technology. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Health and fitness data is not used for advertising. MaxBody AI is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI-generated content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MaxBody AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, health outcomes, or emotional distress resulting from use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
All content, features, and functionality of MaxBody AI — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, AI models, algorithms, software, and the overall design — are the exclusive property of MaxBody AI and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our service.

We may terminate or suspend your access to MaxBody AI at any time, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
